Refund Policy

MHS hub is a free directory. We do not currently charge for access, listing submissions, or standard directory features.

Donations and paid services. If you make a voluntary donation or purchase a paid service in the future, the terms of that transaction will be shown at the time of purchase.

Refund requests. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge with your receipt and details. We will review eligible requests on a case-by-case basis.

No automatic refunds. Because the directory is free, there is generally nothing to refund. Refunds, if any, apply only to clearly erroneous or unauthorized charges.
